Who is the Shaman?
Shamans, medicine men and women and healers have been around for centuries in communities throughout the world. Through a deep connection to the land and natural law along with their sensitivity, wisdom and connection to the other world, they helped keep their community safe, healthy and in balance with the natural world. We will explore the many ways they connected with the land, healed through their ability to travel in the other world, aligned with spirit and more. And we will begin our journey to connect with the stewardship of the land and all the ways mother earth provides for our evolution and healing.
Shifting from 3D to 5D: working with the cycles of time
Moving away from three dimensional (3D) time and 3D reality to the fifth dimension where past, present and future are accessible through the spiral in the now. Recognizing coherent, high frequency and dense frequency and learning to alchemize energy. Accessing the light we hold within, our kundalini energy. Connecting the heart and brain through sound, and cultivating your own inner rhythm and sound. Understanding how journeywork, and energetic tracking works when moving through the spiral. Connecting to the earths time keepers and akashic record holders. acknowledging the rhythms of time and learning how to honor them through our life cycles.
Shamanic Tools l: Accessing Deeper Connections and Healing
Introduction to the tools of the shaman. Connecting in with your inner senses, using the shamans sound tools like drums, rattles, conch and feathers. The use of crystals, herbs, dorge.
