Service Description
It's so supportive to know there is a place where you can land every month and know you can relax and regain your equilibrium. Sound is so powerful and creates the environment for healing, learning, letting go, and returning to peace. Each month is different, but always my intention is to support you in moving out of fight or flight and back to the wisdom of the heart.
Cancellation Policy
Sign up for class infers agreement with the following Participant Consent Waiver and Release Form: I understand that yoga-pranayama may include physical poses (asanas), deep breathing (pranayama), mindfulness and listening to the body, and meditation. It is taught by a certified instructor. As is the case with any physical-breath work activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the teacher. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation. Yoga-breath work is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. By signing up for class, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program. In addition, I will make the teacher aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before our sessions. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post- surgical, my signature verifies that I have my physician’s approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga-breathwork and participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Essential Healing Arts and Paula Lazaroff YTT-500.
